Lu Thor is an artist originally hailing from Savannah, GA. Tattooing since 2014, Lu has spent the last 7 years honing their craft and focusing on tattoos for sad babes like themself. Though versatile, Lu thrives working with black and gray tattoos pertaining to medieval fantasy, knights & arms, nuns & saints, blasphemy, cryptids, bugs, animals and botanicals. Bring them an idea from the macabre with heavy illustrative textures and they'll be down to get dark. After arriving in Denver, CO in 2021, Lu tattooed at multiple local strongholds before settling in at Sol Tribe in July 2023. Lu's aim is to continue to work at queer-owned or friendly shops when they travel from home base, establishing safe spaces for community everywhere they land.
